Taylor Nelson

Taylor Nelson is a research intern at AGI for the spring of 2018. She contributes to the AGI Notizen Blog, supports resident fellows with their research projects, manages databases, and helps organize and document AGI events.

Ms. Nelson is currently in her final semester of her undergrad at Kent State University, with dual majors in International Relations and German Literature, Culture and Translation. Her interests lie in Foreign Policy and Transatlantic Relations, particularly in regards to the relationship between the United States and Europe. She also enjoys learning about other cultures and languages.

Prior to joining AGI, Ms. Nelson spent a semester studying at the Freie Universität Berlin in Berlin, Germany, and was a founding member and President of Kent State’s German club, Deutschklub Kent. She hopes to pursue a career in the Foreign Service upon graduation in May 2018.
