Humberto Ramos

U.S. House of Representatives

Humberto Ramos serves on the staff of Congressman Ruben Gallego, AZ-07, in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he assists with operations in the district office and performs immigration casework. Humberto is a graduate of Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and an emphasis in Legal Studies, graduating magna cum laude in May of 2019. He is a member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Alumni Association, having served as an intern on Capitol Hill in the summer of 2018 through their selective internship program. Being raised by immigrant parents from Nicaragua and Mexico exposed Humberto to multi-cultural backgrounds, which instilled in him deep pride in his Latino heritage and taught him to see the world from various perspectives. He has decided to dedicate his life to public service and aspires to perform work that will bridge communities to build a more inclusive society.

He is a 2019 participant in AGI’s “Transatlantic Young Leadership Program: Giving Voice to Diversity,” sponsored by the AT&T Foundation.
