Tobias Fella is policy adviser for European foreign, security and defense policy at the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) in Berlin. Previously, he served as a Fellow at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP)) and was a project manager at the Hertie School of Governance.
